Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Working closely with Manager DC & Transport Operations and inbound team in managing the product flow of adidas efficiently and timely in a cost-effective way from factories until stocks are booked at DCs. Responsibility also includes the daily monitoring of all related functions of inbound shipping, clearing, forwarding and stock updates].
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily coordination with customs authorities, forwarders and clearance agent for shipment tracking, inbound postings, clearance documentations and scheduling into the DC.
- Coordinate with head office team for the timely execution of orders, shipping instructions + documentations and warehouse related topics.
- Overall responsibility of timely and accurate inbound booking process, including stock updates and inbound flow maintenance on SAP.
- Responsible for efficient and timely product flow from factories to warehouse and transfers including consolidation centers, efficient mapping of FCL vs LCL flows.
- Timely validation/tracking of freight invoices against the contracted rates and submitting the same to Finance department for payments. Montioring end-to-end monthly invoices (OF, D&D, inland-haulage, DTHC, air-freight).
- Control and monitor Inbound costs to ensure the highest level of governance, efficiency, and potential savings (reducing D&D expenses by proper inbound management).
- Responsible for KPI’s reporting: CFR, OTA, 20 vs 40 FT container market share, LCL share, daily inbound # of containers/pieces tracking.
- Managing the stock take processes in DC ensuring inventory integrity is maintained through the execution of effective cycle counting and stocks counts.
- Planning and implementing new methods and procedures designed to satisfy customer needs while improving compliance and minimizing Operating Costs.
- Forecasting future month inbounds across SCM and share with external stakeholders.
- Control and monitor Inbound Cost to ensure the highest level of governance, efficiency, and potential savings.
- Responsible for Harmonized System Code (HS Code) for Plants.
- Support Global Logistics Team for Tendering Process, Projects Implementations (e.g. FIP, Global Reports).
- Support NTP team for Non-Trade tendering process.

- English speaking and writing.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-year University/ Bachelor’s degree in business or relating focus.
- 2+ years experience in Operations/Logistics, and/or Customer Service.
- Fluent in English and French, (Oral and written), Arabic an advantage.
