Description



Greet visitors warmly and direct them. Answer phones professionally and assist with inquiries. Support supply chain by managing purchase orders. Aid the commercial team in contract preparation and follow-ups. Maintain office supplies and equipment. Coordinate with vendors for facilities and IT issues. Schedule meetings and manage calendars. Handle filing systems and manage documents. Assist in organizing company events and meetings. Perform general clerical duties.

Requirements



High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus. Experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners) is preferred. Fluent in English and French.
