Position overview:


Our future Software QA Engineer will be responsible for creating and executing manual and automated test scenarios for full system testing of our Manufacturing Application after unit and integration testing has been performed internally. Managing the testing of all versions of the software after the initial release. He / She will also support the development and deployment team in the later stages of software testing.


In addition, He/She will be developing a cohesive strategy to improve the software testing processes utilizing the best-in-class tools and methodologies.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Conduct thorough inspections of products and services to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards.

  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure consistent and reliable outcomes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and document quality assurance guidelines and best practices.

  • Perform regular audits to assess compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Investigate customer complaints regarding quality issues and coordinate corrective actions as needed.

  • Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Provide guidance and training to employees on quality control processes and procedures.

  • Bring forward strategies and ideas to improve the current testing processes and capabilities.

Key skills and Qualifications:



  • Master’s degree in engineering.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.

  • Strong technical background.

  • Experience with software development, testing, and deployment

  • Knowledge of production processes and procedures.

  • Knowledge of PLC functionality and capabilities.

  • To be able to formulate logical statements of system computing problems and devise solutions.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies – Windows Server, IIS, SQL server, and reporting services.

  • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge

  • Basic experience with technical training and technical presentations

  • Basic project management experience

  • Proficiency in English language, spoken and written
