We, at Kalmar are looking for a Marketing Assistant IMEA Region to join our team of professionals.

The role is responsible for supporting the Marketing Team in coordinating marketing activities, undertaking daily operational errands and continuous self-development tasks.
This position is based in Casablanca, in Morocco. The role is reporting to the Head of IMEA.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Support in planning, developing, and executing activities, campaigns and events to inform the organisation's target audience about relevant matters to the company Support in developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns Participation in various topics and annual processes Provide administrative support, following the travelling allowances and ensuring to establish the dossiers for the international payments Collaborate with team members to execute sales and marketing campaigns Help gather and analyse data to reach insights about brands, competitors and trends Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights and assess against goals.

What you’ll need to succeed

We are looking for a positive, energetic and communicative person.
Previous work experience in a similar role Support executing marketing plans for assigned unit (guidance is provided) Work according to clear guidelines and routines with close supervision Develop own way of working and solve daily routine issues Exchange information and knowledge mainly with internal stakeholders Excellent IT literacy, numeracy and analytical skills Positive attitude and teamwork.
