Job Scope:



Manage all CD operational aspects.

Roles & Responsibilities



Coordinate pricing with all stakeholders (Sales managers, CM, BB…). Implement and follow up of competitive intelligence scorecards. Customers JBP preparation and follow up. Ensure effective use of HHT by sales force. Develop consistency and coherence in operations within CD. Preparation and communication of weekly/Monthly scorecards/KPI’s for sales force (quantitative and qualitative targets). Efficient helpdesk for all customers and sales force. Conduct regular update of PJP in the system to support the RTM. Weekly reporting on landing. Sales data analysis primary/EPOS / simplified scorecards for different forums/meetings Prepare CD Presentations. Lead FCS/PS data calculation and analysis. Sales force incentives: design & calculation. Field force capability building: regular training program for the FF. Sales system management: SAS/SAWA. Manage D-com: B2B & B2C.
