Today, we are looking for a CRM & Website Specialist to join our team in Morocco.
This role is based in Casablanca.
Your ‘day to day’:
- Assist in dealing with our MEA digital Hub when it comes to campaign requests, set up and launch.
- Supervise the launch of 1to1 digital campaigns by testing content, ensuring quality and proper launch.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to build best in class CRM marketing campaigns.
- Assist on monthly campaign performance data analysis and reporting.
- Provide inputs to key reports and communications for team leads and management team.
- Recommend and participate in solutions to optimize UX on website.
- Participate in implementing website improvements.
- Lead campaign deployment on online channels.
- Build google analytics reporting and insights.
- Maximize revenue per customer/data record by re-engaging a dormant/inactive audience.
- Build proactive, positive relationships with peers, managers, Customer Success team members.
Who we’re looking for:
- Graduate in marketing or technical major, or any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Email & Social Media Marketing.
- Experience of email broadcast tools.
- An understanding of basic HTML, AEM and Website building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office products.
- Fluency in English & French (Spoken and Written).
