As a High-Volume Recruiter at Arrow Electronics, you will be primarily focused on sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions in our office in Morocco, with exposure to roles across the broader EMEA region. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, as you will handle a high volume of roles spanning corporate, and non-technical domains. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify top talent, employing innovative recruitment strategies to ensure the timely and effective fulfillment of staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for corporate, and non-technical roles.

  
  

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate engagement, interview coordination, and offer management.

  
  

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide insights on local market conditions and talent availability.

  
  

• Utilize creative and innovative approaches to drive recruitment effectiveness, adapting strategies to accommodate high-volume hiring demands.

  
  

• Maintain effective communication with candidates, hiring managers, and the wider HR team to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for all stakeholders.

  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on high-volume recruitment across diverse functional areas

  
  

• Strong language skills, with fluency in English and French (spoken and written) required. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

  
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and partner effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues.

  
  

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
