DHL Global Forwarding has an opening for an BPO Specialist in Morocco. You will Provide day-to-day administrative support with readily available advice for business process quality & improvement activities to identify new and alternative approaches to improve effectiveness and efficiency of business processes in line with overall business objectives, Group guidelines and policies.

In this BPO Specialist position:
- You will provide day-to-day administrative support with readily available advice for business process quality & improvement activities to identify new and alternative approaches to improve effectiveness and efficiency of business processes in line with overall business objectives, Group guidelines and policies.
- You will provide basic support to deliver business process quality & improvement projects to achieve defined business objectives.
- You will have to check recurring routine tasks related to process quality & improvement initiatives in various areas such as sorting, warehousing, transportation and delivery operations in collaboration with suppliers to increase efficiency and to provide benefits to internal and external customers.
- You will have to follow established procedures to understand process quality & improvement needs and to estimate potential benefits.
- Under direct supervision you will assist in gathering basic information on appropriate performance indicators such as delivery time, damages, etc. to measure process dimensions and process improvements.
- You will draft and assist in reporting project status and resource utilization for own projects and highlight deviations.
- Under close supervision you will have to support implementation and hand over of solutions to the business owners
Now, here’s what we need from you.
- Vocational/Specialized/Technical/Certification
- less than 2 years of experience within the same field
- Excellent communicator in English and French, both written and verbal.
