The Position :-

• Monitor the quality and performance of sales representatives and their communications channels.
• Perform quality checks and audits of calls to ensure adherence to policies and procedures and high level of customer service.
• Identify and monitor trends and quality risks.
• Structure reports to reflect the quality of performance and ensure procedural standards have been properly and accurately adhered to.

The Requirements :-

• Fluent language skills in French and English , both written and verbal (B2 and above).
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Excel / Google sheets.
• Being able to work well in a team is a must.
• Time management and ability to multitask.
• Previous experience in Quality Assurance is an advantage but not required.
