As a Production and Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of dairy production facilities. Your responsibilities will span both production processes and equipment maintenance.

Your responsibilities will include ( but are not limited to ):
Production Process Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze dairy production processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain product quality.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulation
Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Perform routine maintenance checks on dairy processing equipment (such as pasteurizers, homogenizers, and filling machines).
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance tasks.
Quality Control and Assurance :
- Conduct quality checks on dairy products at various stages of production.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to address any deviations from standards.
- Maintain accurate records related to quality assurance.
Inventory Management:
- Manage spare parts inventory for dairy machinery.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of replacement parts.
- Optimize inventory levels to balance cost and operational needs.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
- Stay updated on industry regulations related to dairy production and maintenance.
- Participate in safety audits and implement corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement:
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to introduce new technologies or equipment.
Training and Support:
