Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up the booking of Prod invoice with BRNO team.


• Follow up the booking of Non-Prod invoice with Cebu team.


• Coordinate with procurement and quality teams in order to approve & book charges


• notices, returns and credit notes.


• Ensure the booking of pending invoices in Brainware & Coupa.


• Analyze the unmatched receptions in system.


• Check and follow up supplier’s payments selections.


• IC AP reconciliation.


• AP reconciliation.


• FX GRNI revel.


• BYA_WP_Aged GRNI+overdue AP.


• Vendor statement


• Ensure the conformance of products and processes according IATF, Customer specific


• requirements, and regulatory requirements


• Learns the rules; understands them; follows them, and participates in the energy,


• environment, safety and health program (e.g. planned inspections; energy,


• environment, safety and health suggestions; energy, environment, safety and health


• management systems, etc.).


• Reports all incidents, accidents and unsafe conditions and acts to supervisors or uses the


• system set up to facilitate reporting.


• Takes personal responsibility for keeping selves, co-workers, and equipment free of


• hazards.


• Participates on saving energy and proposes suggestions to control it. 

Key Skills :

• Experience with accounting software


• Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular


• Good knowledge of accounting principles, laws and regulations


• Ability to prioritize work


• BAC + 5 Finance & Accounting


• 0 to 1 Year experience in a similar position
