Position overview:


Reporting to the project leader, our future Product engineer will be responsible for liaising with customers/LU and suppliers to ensure effective two-way communication. improve continuously the product activity, design, and manage the product document. Ensure data accuracy and drawing before official distribution.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Product development starting from phase prototype harness.

  • Resolve issues related to design (DFMs).

  • Follow up of the issues with central product and LU team.

  • Permanent changes feasibility check and ensure quotation within 2 days (via SEM).

  • Changes feasibility check, their risk assessment and implementation.

  • Prepare accurate data for industrialization.

  • Ensure PPAP deliverables according program milestones.

  • Ensure quality via proper wires lengths and adjustments.

  • Follow up of spare parts prototype requirements.

  • Participate in external and internal audit.

  • Coordinate and ensure a good follow up of PFMEA and CI to meet the plant objectives

  • Lead the activities related to the continuous improvement in Plant

  • Monitor the engineering CI roadmap to meet the annual target

  • Monitor the standard and procedures execution and the full understanding of customer specific requirement.

Key skills and Qualifications:



  • Technical or Industrial Engineering degree.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Wiring Industry as Process / Product Engineer.

  • Good Knowledge of project milestones.

  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary team.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools.

  • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Good Team Spirit

  • Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
