Position overview:


Reporting to the project leader, our future Process Engineer will set and optimize the process flow in the assembly area, and design and manage the Manufacturing of tooling (test equipment, assembly board, racks).



He/She Will be in charge of the capacity calculation of manpower utilization and define the assembly method, Layout definition, and optimization, and also improve continuously the process and equipment.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Analyze and study process definition and manufacturing flow

  • Ability to read and analyze technical drawings.

  • Introduce the lean manufacturing on the assembly racks definition.

  • Ensure the startup of the different project phase

  • Coordinate with the team the good startup of the lines.

  • Solve day-to-day manufacturing problems and resolve production stops related to the process

  • Improve the Manufacturing & quality assembly line

  • Upgrade talent and increase bench throughout the organization

Key skills and Qualifications:



  • Master technical degree

  • 2 years of experience in a similar function

  • Sense of leadership, Ownership & independence of mind, Analytical, methodical, and organized

  • Teamwork

  • Good communication skills

  • Mastery of Microsoft Office

  • Attentive to detail in all aspects

  • Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
