Four Seas ons Casablanca is looking for an Laundry Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything he / she does.

About the role

Operations - Department Head - The Laundry Manager oversees all aspects of the laundry/valet and monitors and controls all expenses and maintenance costs.

What you will do

Delegate staff tasks in conjunction with the supervisory team; To know the operation of the washing, dosing, drying, ironing, folding and valet equipment to perfection in order to support the operators in the area; Provide support and back-up to the department, following up on the tasks of the operation; Follow up on washing, drying, production and guest services forms that are completed in a timely manner; Follow up on uniform activities, such as assigning garments, repairs, and drop-offs; Demonstrate a strong leadership presence for our guests, employees and suppliers.

What you bring

High attention to detail and customer service skills. Two to three years’ experience in Housekeeping or another department in Rooms. Strong business acumen, work ethic and communications skills. Ability to develop and grow employees into Supervisory and Management positions . Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
