The Position

Job Scope
The Business Partner Excellence Manager will be responsible for establishing best practices and high standards for the distribution channel and international strategic/key accounts in the African continent.
The position will be based in Cairo, Egypt OR Casablanca, Morocco


Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of best practices and standard operating procedures for the distribution channel and international strategic/key accounts in the African continent.
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners and key accounts in the African continent.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the distribution channel and increase market penetration.
- Work closely with the Finance department to develop a commercial framework that aligns with the company's financial goals and objectives and supports the growth and profitability of the distribution channel and international strategic/key accounts.


Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IVD market segment with Distribution Channel and International Strategic/Key Management.
- Strong understanding of distribution channel dynamics and international business practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, and Arabic, French is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Willingness to travel within the African continent as required.
