The Position



As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting Novo Nordisk’s Diabetes products and securing sales and business growth in your assigned territory. You will execute sales effectively, efficiently, and ethically and establish strong relationships with customers.


Your main accountabilities:



  • You will achieve sales targets and KPI performance and ensure the availability of products in your own territory

  • You will develop and implement sales strategies to reach potential customers and manage existing customer relationships

  • You will visit specialists and physicians to assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services

  • You will respond to customer inquiries, negotiate prices and delivery times, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets

  • You will identify and contact prospective customers to build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business

Qualifications



In order to be considered, we expect you to have:




  • University degree in science and/or business marketing or Equivalent

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical sector

  • Experience within a multinational organization is a plus

  • Experience in the Diabetes market is a plus

  • Ability to lead and convince a wide range of key opinion leaders (KOLs)

  • Strong Interpersonal communication skills and results focused.

About the Department



We are located in Morocco, Casablanca in an office of around 45 engaged employees all supporting our affiliate in areas related to P&O, Marketing, Medical, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, IT and Legal. The Business unit is staffed with different backgrounds. Our main objective is to ensure we have the best organisation and right people in place to ensure continued growth in the business area. Our role is to support the affiliate in rolling out and executing the Business-related activities as well as representing the area to the wider Novo Nordisk organisation.
