Today, we are looking for a National Field Manager to join our team in Morocco.



This role is based in Casablanca.



Your ‘day to day:



Working together within a diverse and a multinational team, you will develop and execute a comprehensive area deployment plan to address in the best possible way the needs of Legal Age Smokers in an efficient, agile and collaborative way of working ensuring consistent delivery of our products and fostering strong relationships with partners.



More specifically you will:



- Develop and implement strategies to optimize field operations, improve efficiency and increase performance.

- Ensure full alignment with distributor business partner on national and regional deployment toolbox and timelines.

- Support indirect retail channel team in planning and deployment activities.

- Oversea and support indirect retail manned operations.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.

- Deploy channel development plan in stick segment via effective Third Party frontliners management.

- Secure proper digital eco-system deployment and impact (DTE, E-ordering, TPO).

- Improve frontliners’ overall commercial know-how, SFP category understanding in alignment with capability building team.

- Prepare and present regular reports and updates on field operations performance.

- Support commercial cycle planning process in collaboration with Commercial Planning and Channel Development team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align field activities with company objectives and initiatives.

- Deploy POS communication materials as per cycle support plans in line with market strategy.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.



Who we’re looking for:



- Graduate in Business Administration, Management or a related field.

- Proven experience in field operations management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role (ideally in FMCG)

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and to develop teams.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

- Fluency in English & French (Spoken and Written).
