About the role
We are looking for an experienced Mixologist that has a passion for exceptional service and who infuses enthusiasm and passion into everything they do.
The ideal candidate will create a vibrant bar scene which always includes impeccable service to our guests, will maintain creative alcohol-free cocktails, hot and cold beverage lists and will take ownership of the bars and beverage service areas at the Four Seasons Casablanca.
What you will do
- The Mixologist is responsible for the ideation and creation of a curated craft alcohol free cocktail list, ensuring that our guests experience meets and exceeds our service standards, and maintaining an appropriate beverage cost through managing inventory while ensuring proper procedure is being used behind our bar and keep recipes updated and connected with all systems Birchstreet, Micros or similar.
- The Mixologist will have menu creation knowledges, including building a balanced cocktail menu, will have the unique and exciting opportunity to represent and promote pioneer alcohol free cocktails and beverage projects.
- We are looking for individuals with excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- The ideal candidate will have a confident outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position.
- Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Successful candidates will be a team player, passionate about elevated food and beverage and willing to accept assignments on a need basis, to promote teamwork.
What you bring
- Candidate must be fluent English, both verbal and written. Other languages will be a plus
- Knowledge and ability to operate various electronic systems. (Microsoft office suite, Oracle POS)
- Service Passion for Luxury Hospitality
- Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Minimum of 2-3 years of bartender/mixology experience
- Confident and takes pride in personal style and appearance
- Must be punctual and maintain good attendance
- Applicants must possess a strong dedication towards learning, and motivation to progress in the F&B world
- Must be patient, pleasant, conscientious, professional, have extensive knowledge of product, preparation, and balance flavours in beverage selections
- Responsive to constructive feedback from all leadership
- Deep understanding of Bar operation, Bartending Flair skills, Understanding of Bar Hygiene procedures
