• checking and correction of shift and administration anomalies (normal hours, overtime, absences .......) on clocking System Gestor
• Follow-up and recording of the history of justified absences, unjustified absences and family events.
• Control of daily absences by determining the reasons.
• Preparation of absence status for contract sanctions and terminations.
•Ensures the audit and analyzes all the disputes of the personnel in consultation with the actors and in accordance with the procedures in force (departure-resignation-repture ..)
• Ensures the processing of the requests of the personnel (confge-attestation-ijm-advance ...)
- Analysis of staff complaints (transport delay - badge-vestiare)
- Control absences (cm-absm-mat-disease ....)
- Ensures the follow-up of the medical certificates
- against visit
-maternity
- breastfeeding)- Audit of the clothing charter- audit movement
• Filing and archiving of HR documents.
• Collaborate with the other departments to ensure the smooth running of work and Ensure the compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Ensure the respect of the 5'S norms.
• Ensure the respect of the QMS proceedings and rules.
• Actively participate in HR projects and mini-projects
