Partner with the best As a Field Service, you'll participate in all technical events, including supporting the BH contract engineering team, collaborating with information regarding the services provided. As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for: Acting as on site Centerlift representative for communication with customers and account managers. Installation and pullout ESP with Y Tool. Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values. Completing all job documentation and conducting a worksite review and debrief the internal team. Monitoring, troubleshooting and testing downhole ESP equipment including Downhole Monitoring Tools Setting up and starting Centrilift Motor Controllers and VSD’s. Providing on-the-job training to team members. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Minimum of Diploma or equivalent. Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical submersible pumps (ESP) Have the ability to alternate methods of completing tasks if the set method is not viable. Communicate with various clients and must have good customer service skills.
