Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Telegeeks, located in Downtown, Cairo, Egypt. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions. They will oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned accounts, including order processing, issue resolution, and upselling opportunities. The Account Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

* Basic salary range 8000 LE + Commission
* Three Months paid preparation period.
