Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Online Operator to join our team at Polygon Technologies. As an Online Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our online platforms, providing technical support to users, and ensuring the overall functionality and performance of our online services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor the performance and functionality of our online platforms, including websites, applications, and other digital channels.
  2. Developing, maintaining, and improving our digital platforms.
  3. Tracking the progress of our digital operations.
  4. Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries, technical issues, and support requests via various communication channels.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to account access, navigation, functionality, and other technical problems.
  6. Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues and system outages.
  7. Conduct routine checks and tests to ensure the proper functioning of online services, identifying and addressing any abnormalities or errors.
  8. Provide guidance and assistance to users in utilizing the features and functionalities of our online platforms effectively.
  9. Document and maintain records of user interactions, issues, and resolutions in a comprehensive manner.
  10. Stay updated on the latest product updates, upgrades, and changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date support to users.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance, to provide feedback and suggestions for improving user experience and platform performance.
  12. Continuously monitor and analyze user feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.

Credible experience in Digital Marketing.Proven experience in a customer support or technical support role, preferably in an online environment.Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with online platforms, websites, applications, and digital technologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.
