- Responsible for handling production issues that disrupts the production process, reporting them to Production section Head.
- Implementing predetermined production plans through planning the required raw materials and preparing shifts schedules accordingly.
- Monitoring the release of raw materials from warehouses.
- Monitoring waste rates, analyzing root causes and suggesting means to reduce waste.
- Ensure waste rates not to exceed the agreed upon figures in the BOM.
- Monitor & control raw materials usage rates to be consistent with the BOM.
- Responsible for achieving 100 % of the pre-determined. production plan allocated for each shift.
Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering / applied arts 10-15 years for work experience in a printing factories Very good command of English Language (Speaking, reading and writing).Very Good computer skills.
