- Update our internal databases.
- Screen resumes and application forms.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
- Prepare HR-related reports, posts, magazines as needed.
- Address employee queries regarding hiring, employment status, training, etc.
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days.
- Assist in coordinating training courses for employees.
Experience as a junior HR role is a plus.Familiarity with sourcing CVs or collecting resume databases.Experience with MS Office.Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.Basic knowledge of labor legislation.Very good organizational skills.Flexible.
