Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure all contracts adhere to legal standards and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contract documentation and correspondence.
- Manage attendance and timesheets for contract employees.
- Prepare all necessary documents required for invoice submissions.
- Monitor contract performance and timelines, ensuring deliverables are met as agreed.
- Support in resolving contractual disputes and other related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Operations.
- Generate regular reports on contract status and performance.
- Stay informed about relevant legal and regulatory updates related to contract management.
Education & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Experience:
- Proven track record in contract administration and manpower management.
- Extensive experience in the oil and gas sector.
Skills
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
