AL RAYDA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL is seeking a highly qualified and experienced School Principal to lead our dynamic and diverse educational institution. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in international schools and a strong understanding of the British education system, preferably with experience in the Pearson curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the school's vision, mission, and objectives are effectively implemented.
2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all students.
3. Manage and support the professional development of teaching and non-teaching staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
4. Ensure the effective delivery of the British curriculum, with a focus on the Pearson framework, to maintain high academic standards and student achievement.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, the local community, and relevant educational authorities to promote the school's reputation and values.
6. Manage the school's financial resources effectively, including budgeting, monitoring, and reporting, to ensure long-term sustainability and growth.
7. Stay abreast of developments in international education and implement innovative practices to enhance the school's educational offerings.

Skills

1. Master's degree or higher in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in an international school setting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Principal, Vice-Principal, or Head of School).
3. Thorough understanding of the British education system and experience working with the Pearson curriculum.
4. Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams, fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, staff, parents, and the wider community.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize effectively.
7. Proficiency in English, with additional language skills being an advantage.
