Oversee the management of talent data, including athlete profiles, performance metrics, health records, and other relevant information. Manage and coordinate the day-to-day tasks and operations of the Talent Care unit, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization. Coordinate and oversee the provision of holistic support services to athletes, including physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in talent care processes, policies, and procedures, and implement enhancements as needed.
