Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Junior Project Manager at Solidrange. The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day project tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, organizing and expediting project activities, conducting inspections, and managing logistics. The role is based in Riyadh, with the flexibility for some remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and resolving conflicts.
Identify and engage stakeholders, maintaining clear and regular communication.
Assess and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Prepare and present detailed project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Regularly update and maintain key project forms including:
Project Initiation Checklist
Project Support Checklist & Workflow
Minutes of Meeting
Progress Report
Change Requests
Monitor project progress, using project management tools to track performance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and addressing feedback.
Qualifications
Experience in project management and expediting
from Saudi Arabia
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Relevant certifications or degrees in project management or related fields
Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus
