Your Role
As an HR Assistant, you will perform the administrative tasks of the department according to the instructions of the immediate superior as well as these various accountabilities:
- Filing and archiving all documentation related to the department
- Deal with staff sanctions.
- Distribute pay slips to foremen.
- Ordering and managing non-productive equipment (office supplies, etc.).
- Prepare disciplinary action letters.
Your Background
- Bac+2; Specialized Technician in HR, or a related field.
- Good level in French is mandatory.
- Computer skills and organization are required.
- Availability & Flexibility.
- Good communication skills.
