• <span 72="">Level of studies: Engineering or Master's degree in Purchasing / Supply chain / or equivalent…


• <span 72="">Experience : Min 3 years’ experience in similar area 


• <span 72="">Languages: Fluent in english

Contribute to the achievement of IM cost reduction target

1- Ask for suppliers quotations and negotiate
2- Approve purchase request, Edit purchase orders, send it to suppliers and tracking suppliers claims
3-Supplier benchmarking and purchase statistics 4-Sourcing approval and negotiate supplier contract
5-Active market investigation vs price fluctuation (market effect)

Unblock parked invoices

1-Insure that suppliers are respecting Yazaki invoicing rules
2-Follow-up and release of blocked invoices on Seeburger /YLO_MRBR

Comply with YAZAKI rules/guidelines

1- Repect the purchase procedures / Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
2- Respect Yazaki code of conduct

Avoid production stop

Processing the purchase request without delay

Purchasing categories

Able to manage more than one purchasing category at the same time

Compliance with the rules , procedure and compliance laws  

Policy Adherence:
               Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
               Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant company processes               

Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System (16949), compliance with YEL / Local procedures, with health and safety rules  within the work area (ISO14001 & ISO 45001 ) ) and the 5S principles.
               Ensuring compliance with the rules and procedure
Supplier Compliance:
               Monitor and ensure supplier adherence to contractual agreements and regulatory requirements.
Risk Management:
              Identify and mitigate risks associated with the procurement of indirect materials.
