Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our operations in compliance with EASA/FAA 145 regulations. The Production Manager will be responsible for managing the production team, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight: Manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to EASA/FAA 145 regulations.

Team Coordination: Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.

Staff Management: Mentor and lead the production staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.

Process Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to enhance production processes and improve overall efficiency.

Quality Collaboration: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to resolve any issues related to product quality or compliance.

Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.

Additional Duties:

Conduct regular assessments to improve production efficiency and workplace standards.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the production team.

Ensure adequate resources are available to perform tasks effectively.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a production management role within the aviation industry; experience in an EASA/FAA 145 certified organization is required.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of aviation regulations (EASA / FAA) and quality standards (ISO 9001 & AS9100).

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.

Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Arabic is a plus.
