What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

To work in the Morocco Casablanca factory of Eczacıbaşı Consumer Products

The IT Business Partner (ITBP) position will work in partnership with business managers to define IT strategy, understand the business, assist with project prioritization, ensure projects are aligned with technology that delivers a return on maximum investment. The ITBP is responsible for a wide range of IT-related activities to ensure both business continuity, continuous improvement and integration in collaboration with all partners (internal and external).

The ITBP is also in charge of:

• Identifying the company’s needs for change and assessing their impact on the company,
• Analysis, documentation and communication of requirements with relevant stakeholders.
• Formulation of avenues for improvement,
• Strategic analysis,
• Mapping of processes and value flows,
• Mapping of skills and competencies,
• Assistance in the design, documentation and maintenance of system processes,
• Supervision and implementation of new technologies and systems,
• Communicating key information and results to the product team,
• Defining and communicating business requirements to stakeholders.
