Capital Bank is looking for a Payments Business Development Associate who will be responsible to execute a comprehensive strategy for the Payments and Acquiring business, aligned with the bank's overall objectives and management direction.

Responsibilities:

• Support the design and development of Payments and Cards products.
• Increase the bank’s market share of cards payments and other relevant payment services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, and IT to develop and launch new products and enhance existing ones.
• Assist in leading campaigns and partnerships.
• Liaise with relevant Business Lines, Marketing and Partnerships team and other stakeholders.
• Align proposition to industry / market trends and emerging customer needs.
• Ensure utmost portfolio efficiency and achievement of set KPIs including cards in force, usage, and activation ratios.
• Assist in managing portfolio profitability and quality.
• Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Maintain close relations with payment schemes, (third party processor) and service providers and administer SLAs to ensure that the bank is provided with the targeted quality level of products and services.
• Support the design and development of the acquiring products and creation of synergy between issuing and acquiring services.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• (1-3) years of relevant experience.
