Job Description
The primary role of this position will be to prospect for new partners by networking through relationships with all regions/countries of Travel Retail. He must plan sales approaches that will convince & influence potential partners to do business with the Company.

He will also need to manage and grow accounts by offering/presenting new ranges & updating portfolios. Strategic planning is a must, since it is the Travel Retail Managers responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market.
New Business Development:
· Prospect for potential new Travel Retail opportunities around the globe and increase the company's size, revenue and market share.
· Meet potential partners to ensure a robust/Strong/Accurate data pipeline for global opportunities by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network and visiting trade shows.
· Participate in pricing the proposition to the customers.
· Make the required investment choices to yield sufficient ROI.
Existing Partnerships:
· Present new products to develop & enhance existing relationships
· Collaborate with internal colleagues, personnel in sales, marketing, logistics, and store formation to meet customer’s needs.
· Organize and coordinate strategies with current product line and align with customers.
· Manage, plan and forecast stock levels in store.
· Plan the day-to-day activities and thrive to increase sales out while reducing stock risk.
Business Development Planning:
· Participate in industry gatherings, such as conferences and association events, and offer insights and updates on current market and creative trends.
· Consult with middle and upper-level management to discuss current business trends to create new products and distribution channels.
· Discover possibilities for advertising initiatives and channels for dissemination/Spreading that will result in a boost in revenue.
· Identify and develop the company's special characteristics and unique selling points by understanding the market and competitors.
Management and Research:
· Submit weekly progress reports and forecast sales targets.
· Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
· Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites are fulfilled in a timely manner.
· Understand the company goal and purpose so that they will continue to enhance the company's performance.
