PURPOSE OF ROLE
Training Specialist is responsible for expanding product and business knowledge among Brand partners by conducting professional cosmetics and sales trainings. Promoting Oriflame offers among existing and potential Brand Partners. He/she cooperates with other departments in order to ensure effective implementation of the sales programs, what ultimately contributes to the Company’s growth and building relations with brand partners and end consumers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Trainings
- Preparing and conducting professional cosmetics/ Digital trainings including the following topics:
Product presentations on skin care, make-up, fragrances, Wellness, etc.
Cosmetics trends
Digital/ Social Media content & Management
Sales techniques, presentations, public speaking etc.
- Planning online and offline events with purpose to train brand partners, preparing topics and other attractions (supporting activities, ...)
- Cooperation with Leaders in the field
Launching New Products
- Supporting in Preparation of presentations, materials,
- Studying materials and gaining information about new products
- Launching new products on launch meetings and other events
- Recording product videos and social media lives about products regularly
- Perform product demos to end consumers
- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
Developing Product Culture
- Securing all necessary Global/Regional trainings materials are available and implemented in time
- Plan and execute Sales Force training sessions regarding products out in the field in collaboration with ASMs.
- Support sales company and brand partners with all questions or issues that might arise, act as the Product “expert”.
- Monitoring competition on market: new products, market specific information sharing, trends follow-up
Communication
- Online webinars and events

Cooperation with Other Departments
- Maintaining active contact with other departments of the company, Brainstorming sessions, Product training, Digital Training, Customer service training.
Other Projects
- Support in developing sales material and collateral
- Other projects according to current needs
SUCCESS FACTORS CHARACTERISTICS
Training Specialist should be open and energetic and possess extraordinary presentation skills. Person in this position must conduct product, sales and Digital trainings in a convincing way, in order to encourage and motivate brand partners to increase sales. Training Specialist should be creative, which is necessary to create interesting trainings and speeches. At the same time he/she must have great knowledge and be self-confident, which will be helpful in building reputation and authority among brand partners. Additionally, this position requires great organizational and planning skills due to the fact, that this is an independent job with a lot of activities.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in conducting trainings and presentations
- User experience of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Arabic, French & English languages proficiency
- Cosmetic and/or medical background (experience, education) is advantage
