Job Purpose
The ALS Coordinator is responsible for supporting the business through coordination with client and into Product line Department and Hiring Manager.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining high level of QHSE awareness in his area of responsibility
- Reviewing employee contributions, set objectives for his team.
- Suggesting remedial actions and improvement plans for any potential risky activity in his area of responsibility.
- Monitoring progress and timely close out of action plans.
- Proactive involvement in QHSE activities including involvement in risk assessments, JSA and safety presentations / toolbox talks in his area of responsibility.
- Proactively lead QHSE culture implementation within his area of responsibility.
- Report and investigate immediately any incident or unsafe condition to his management and to local QHSE.
- Responsible for all activities related to ALS operations in his area of responsibility, including Operations Support and equipment supply.
- Responsible for the implementation, growth and expansion of all aspects of the ALS product line in his area of responsibility.
- Working closely with Geozone/Country Management on projects implementation and appropriate equipment selection and equipment forecasting
- Working closely with area management to set in place the appropriate equipment, and tools and qualified personnel for a successful project and ensure the flawless execution of the field jobs and workshop preparations.
- Work towards implementation of all set Weatherford Quality standards and service quality plans for operations activities.
- Set In place equipment mobilization plans with logistics in accordance with local regulation and company directives.
- Providing on-site and Base technical advice for ALS projects, Optimize equipment usage and performance.
- Attending meetings with Customers (internal, external), provide Technical recommendations – Operations support, during meeting with clients .
- Proactive participation on well performance review and technical support on day to day operations for all ALS Operational activity with in his area of responsibility.
- To assist and participate in Tenders by providing technical and practical data to tender team.
- Lead technical aspects of any special project (new technology) in his area of responsibility.
- Identify the training needs for his team, and implement with his management a training plan for his area of responsibility.
- Evaluate the performance of his team as per company procedures, coach and accompany the team towards quality and job excellence culture.
- Provide leadership and direction the ALS teams in his area of responsibility.
- Perform periodically Audits on the ongoing projects , project Audit report to evaluate performance of the operations in his area of responsibility .
- Proactive maintenance support/training to site personnel on all equipment installed on site.
- Report all the Non conformities on the project, and set proper documented working instructions.
- Consolidate inventory, identify and manage the needs as per company procedures.
- Analyze the performance of his projects in his area of responsibility.
- Set, Implement and review the lessons learnt program for all activities related to his scope of responsibility.
- Set and review ALS programs based on requirements of the projects and the offset project in the areas.
- Set and review end of project report including financial review.
- Document any added value / lessons learned implement continuous improvement process within his area of responsibility.
Compile reports, data and other statistical information relevant to the ALS activity in his area of responsibility.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or Scientific discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in operations
- Experience in the execution of day to day operations and product related projects
- 2+ years P&L experience
