Job :
We are recruiting activity management officers for the setup of our internal center in Morocco. You will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating client files for technical installations.
As a key link between different departments, you will be in contact with field technicians, clients, and various services. You are the strategic link in the entire chain: production, monitoring, billing, customer satisfaction, and promotion of our brand image.
Under the responsibility of an operations manager, your missions will be:
- Receive phone calls or written requests from our partners and clients.
- Plan and send work orders to field technicians.
- Process intervention reports from technicians.
- Contact clients, technicians, and suppliers to organize and coordinate interventions.
- Evaluate and ensure client satisfaction.
