Required profile :
Graduates with a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management Control, Finance, Audit, Business Administration, or Business School with a specialization in finance. The profile sought is that of an expert capable of adding real value, with the following characteristics:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in structured or multi-site environments.
- Expert in financial steering and performance analysis.
- Ability to build, monitor, and optimize budgets, forecasts, dashboards, and performance indicators (KPIs).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Sage X3, Oracle...), BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), and reporting tools.
- Ability to produce reliable, relevant, and decision-oriented reports.
- Proactive in proposing ideas to management through a strategic vision.
- Advanced mastery of management, modeling, and analysis tools.
- Ability to challenge data, identify discrepancies, and propose corrective actions.
- Excellent communication skills and a business partner approach.
- Autonomy, rigor, critical thinking, and results-oriented.
