Reporting to the R&D and CloudOps IT Department, you will be the conductor of product development. Your role is to maximize the value delivered by the development team by prioritizing the needs that bring the most value to the company and its users.

Your main responsibilities:

** Backlog Management:

• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog according to business value.


• Write clear, precise, and results-oriented user stories.


• Ensure the transparency and visibility of the backlog to all stakeholders.

** Collaboration and Alignment:

• Be the central point of contact between users, clients, sales teams, and developers.


• Translate stakeholder needs into concrete and actionable features.


• Actively participate in the strategic product vision alongside the CPO and Tribe Lead.

** Vision & Roadmap:

• Co-build and champion the product vision in line with the company's strategic objectives.


• Develop and track the product roadmap, ensuring consistency of deliverables and priorities.

** Monitoring & Performance:

• Participate in agile rituals (planning, sprint review, daily, retrospective).


• Approve developed features and ensure they meet user expectations.


• Monitor product KPIs and produce regular progress reports.

** Continuous Improvement:

Gather and analyze customer and user feedback.

You are passionate about digital products, capable of balancing strategic vision with operational execution.

** Education & Experience:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering, IT, digital marketing, or project management.


• Experience of 3+ years as a Product Owner, Digital Project Manager, or Product Manager.


• Experience in CRM, Retail, SFA (Sales Force Automation), or Merchandising environments.

** Technical and Functional Skills:

• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
