The Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant is responsible for providing deep technical expertise on the ServiceNow platform and leading the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions to meet specific client needs. This role works closely with clients to understand their business requirements, propose innovative technical solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects. The Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant acts as a technical reference and team leader, providing mentoring and guidance to less experienced team members.




- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business and technical requirements, and propose suitable ServiceNow solutions.
- Design and develop custom solutions on the platform.
- Lead the technical implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring the quality, security, and performance of delivered solutions.
- Provide technical expertise on key ServiceNow platform features across multiple processes, mainly ITSM, HR, and CSM.
- Manage integrations with other systems and applications using technologies such as REST API, SOAP, and MID Server.
- Ensure proper documentation of technical solutions, architectures, and development processes.
Provide mentoring and training to team members on ServiceNow development best practices and advanced techniques.
- Collaborate with testing teams to ensure ServiceNow solutions meet defined requirements and quality standards.
- Provide advanced technical support to clients to resolve complex issues and optimize the performance of ServiceNow solutions.
