As a Sales Administrator, you will be at the heart of the customer experience, ensuring efficient and effective sales management. This role requires a motivated, organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of handling a high volume of tasks with precision and professionalism.
The main objective is to ensure the smooth administrative process of sales, from order taking to delivery, by optimizing processes and guaranteeing customer satisfaction. You will contribute to the company's growth by ensuring rigorous sales follow-up and proposing solutions to improve service efficiency. Your role is crucial for maintaining quality customer relationships and customer loyalty.

Required profile :
To succeed in this role, a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) minimum is essential, ideally with a specialization in Sales Administration or After-Sales Service. This education will have provided you with a solid foundation in administrative management, customer relations, and sales techniques. Additional training in project management would be a plus.
We are looking for someone with 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role. This experience will have allowed you to develop strong skills in administrative management, project management, and customer relations in a dynamic environment. Experience within a call center would be a major asset. Your ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work under pressure will be a key factor for success.
