المرشح المثالي
شهادة Bac+5 في المالية، الرقابة الإدارية، المحاسبة أو ما يعادلها. خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الرقابة الإدارية في بيئة صناعية. إتقان جيد لـ SAP (وحدات CO/FI أو ما يعادلها). إتقان جيد لـ Excel وأدوات التقارير (Power BI). عقلية تحليلية، دقة، والقدرة على تلخيص المعلومات. مهارات التعامل مع الآخرين والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق مع الوظائف التشغيلية. الاستقلالية، المهارات التنظيمية، والقدرة على اقتراح حلول.
Laborer and analyze performance dashboards. Participate in monthly closing and financial reporting. Monitor production costs, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions. Participate in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and medium-term plans. Support operational managers in monitoring their performance indicators. Participate in the continuous improvement of management control tools and processes. Guarantee the reliability of financial data in SAP. Parameterization of articles and prices on the ERP. Monitoring of capex for the extension project (commitment, cash, commissioning...).
Desired Candidate Profile
Bac+5 in Finance, Management Control, Accounting or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience in management control in an industrial environment. Excellent command of SAP (CO/FI or equivalent modules). Good command of Excel and reporting tools (Power BI). Analytical mind, rigor, and ability to synthesize information. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team with operational functions. Autonomy, organizational skills, and ability to propose solutions.
