Job :

Ensure the follow-up of Agricultural Upstream services:
•Develop specifications for inputs and agricultural equipment
•Coordinate with sugar factories and the purchasing department for the purchase process of inputs and agriculturalmaterial
•Ensure the development and updating of AA supplier contracts
•Ensure the interface with the financial department, sugar factories, and AA suppliers to track paymentsand deliveries
Ensure monitoring of new practices or technologies in agricultural activity:
•Develop the annual work program, in line with the R&D program defined by the managementcoordination AA
•Follow up on research programs
•Develop activity reports and communicate them to superiors
Lead the research team at the centers.
Ensure monitoring of new practices or technologies in agricultural activity.
Participate in continuous improvement projects:
•Propose continuous improvement actions within their scope of activity
•Participate in improvement projects within their department 

Job requirements:
•Education: Master's degree (Bac +5) in agronomy, such as IAV or ENAM, or equivalent
Technical skills:
•Proficiency in agronomic culture
•Proficiency in plant production techniques
•Knowledge of agro-environment
•Knowledge of statistics
•Knowledge of financial culture
•Knowledge of purchasing
Cross-functional skills:
•Knowledge of the group and its strategy

•B1 level in English
