Job Description: Lead the preparation of the UO progress plan; Support the execution of the progress plan projects; Lead and supervise the Project team at the Continuous Improvement department level; Conduct the UO's structuring and major projects; Coach and lead a series of Accelerated Improvement Workshops (AIW - Kaizen workshops, One Safran projects); Proactively propose, within your scope in particular, new projects to improve operational performance (cost, quality and delivery time) or innovative solutions for ongoing projects; Be an active member of the Safran+ SEPM network, share best practices and train in change management and Lean-Sigma; Promote and train in Lean Sigma methodologies, in particular by providing White Belt and Green Belt training. Contribute to the deployment of corporate initiatives: QRQC, Participatory Innovation, One Safran, etc...

Job Requirements - Industrial Engineering degree; - Black Belt certification; - 3 years of experience in an industrial sector. But what else?
