As part of our expansion, we are recruiting a Store Manager. Your main responsibilities in this role include: Working with the Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of your JYSK store. In line with JYSK's leadership values, you are responsible for ensuring your store is 100% sales-ready and customer-focused by communicating, leading, and coaching your team. You take action based on key performance indicators and determine what is necessary to achieve targets and motivate your team. You follow and execute the store concept and routines. You are responsible for recruiting new employees. You coach your team to help each employee grow. You are comfortable with physical tasks and lead by example by actively participating in the store's daily operations (receiving merchandise, organizing and maintaining the storage area, preparing customer orders, etc.).

Proven experience in store management and performance management. National mobility: you are available to travel and work in different regions of the Kingdom depending on the company's needs. Ability to manage, develop, and motivate a team. Strong communication skills to foster a positive work environment. Initiative and ability to make quick and effective decisions. Strong commitment to store management. Ability to remain calm, give clear instructions, and get things done even in difficult situations.
