Your mission: Facilitate requirements gathering and scoping workshops with business and IT stakeholders, contribute to the development of the product roadmap, support the Product Owner in writing Stories & Enablers (PBIs), define management rules and acceptance criteria for PBIs, prepare and facilitate refinement workshops, assist the Product Owner in prioritizing PBIs, ensure the functional consistency of proposed changes, maintain up-to-date product documentation, participate in team and Train Agile ceremonies, help secure dependencies with other teams, prepare and validate test scenarios with QA, assist in preparing Release Documents, test the quality of deliveries with QA (back-end and front-end testing), contribute to maintaining the test portfolio, monitor production activity, participate in the analysis of incidents and anomalies in non-production and production environments, and master the operation of data collection and processing pipelines. Consumption data (via DSO + ERL) Understanding the issues related to the processing and use of large volumes of data Ensuring the quality of the user experience and the adoption of functionalities while taking into account the specificities of mobile (iOS and Android)

Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent. Proven experience (5 years) in functional architecture within the telecommunications sector. Strong knowledge of IT architectures, telecommunications protocols (e.g., SIP, IMS, VoIP), and enterprise architecture standards. Familiarity with multi-project environments and Agile methodologies. Excellent command of English (spoken and written) to interact with international teams and clients. Strong analytical skills, meticulousness, and a collaborative spirit.
