Job :
As a Capex Optimization Project Manager, you will support the Management in all aspects of the optimization project. Your responsibilities will be divided into the following areas:
1. Business Case Management and Steering:
To support the management of optimizations from the study phase (developing Business Cases) to operational implementation.
To implement performance indicators and ensure rigorous monitoring of estimated financial impacts, both on investments (Capex) and operating expenses (Opex).
To ensure the integration of all validated optimizations into the design of future units.
2. Feasibility Study and External Partner Management:
To proactively interact with Technical Study Offices (BET), architects, and Business Units.
To evaluate the technical and financial impacts of proposed optimization strategies and validate their on-site feasibility.
3. Inter-departmental Coordination:
To act as a facilitator and coordinator between the different involved departments (Purchasing, Works/Construction, Operations, BU).
To lead steering meetings and obtain necessary approvals for the deployment of optimizations.
Required profile :
Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher (Engineering School, Business School, or equivalent university degree) in Project Management, Engineering, or Construction Management.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in sectors related to retail, commercial real estate, or construction.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (planning, risk monitoring, reporting).
Demonstrated ability to model and analyze financial data (Business Cases, ROI, Capex/Opex budget monitoring).
Rigor and method with the ability to analyze and synthesize information.
