Reporting to the sales department, your responsibilities are:
- Manage the strategic projects of the BU (openings, remodeling, and cross-functional projects) by acting as a central PMO.
- Identify the critical path for each project and build the detailed timeline to secure key milestones.
- Ensure a 360° view of projects by coordinating all stakeholders (operations, product offering, merchandising, marketing, construction, etc.).
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and alert the relevant parties to ensure deadlines and execution.
- Ensure good synchronization of different workstreams to guarantee the overall coherence of projects at the BU level.
- Support Hypermarket Directors and teams in execution and operational follow-up.
Required profile :
PROFILE WANTED:
With higher education (Master's degree, Business or Engineering School), you have a solid experience of at least 8 years, ideally gained either in operations/exploitation management in large retail, or within management consulting firms specializing in Retail with strong expertise in transformation projects.
- Field sense: You have a perfect understanding of hypermarket life, operational constraints, and shelf management. You know how to balance strategic vision with on-the-ground pragmatism.
- Complex project management: Proven experience in managing large-scale cross-functional projects or complex projects in a commercial environment.
- Leadership & Influence: Ability to engage multidisciplinary teams and experienced site managers, with a strong sense of listening and results.
