Job Description Main Mission: Join a strategic ERP transformation program aimed at migrating from Microsoft Dynamics AX to SAP ERP and contribute to the quality, accuracy and success of the migration of business-critical data.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the source data structures in Microsoft Dynamics AX and define the mapping rules to SAP.
• Gather, challenge and validate migration needs with business teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with business stakeholders and functional experts.
• Create, maintain and validate mapping specifications and data transformation rules.
• Identify data quality issues and define corrective actions with the business teams.
• To act as the interface between business teams, developers and project stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for the technical teams.
• Participate in the design, testing and execution of migration activities.
• Perform data analysis, reconciliation and validation throughout the migration cycle.
• Contribute to data cleansing activities.
• Participate in the preparation and execution of the cutover.
• Ensure that the documentation related to the migration is kept up to date.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education and experience:

• Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in computer science, engineering, business intelligence, business engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data migration, business analysis, data analysis or ERP projects.
• Experience in defining and documenting data mappings.
• Experience in data quality analysis and defining corrective actions.

Technical skills:

• Good understanding of ETL concepts and data transformation.
• Good command of SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Experience in data migration, analysis and validation.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical mapping specifications.
