The Process Engineering & Innovation Manager reports hierarchically to the Country Director. They visit sites to identify areas for improvement and promote new technologies. Their scope of action is national.

GENERAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION:

TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR PRODUCTION SITES:

• to support production in implementing appropriate, ergonomic, productive and repeatable control methods,
• Promote standard solutions and define specific solutions if necessary.
• to be a force for proposing improvements to our processes.

OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT:

• Leveraging the supplier panel to internalize standard solutions on a national scale
• Leading a technical team that will be responsible for:
• o Deploy standard solutions
• o Drafting the specifications for specific equipment,
• o Launch and monitor the implementation of the equipment,
• o To receive, develop, validate and train the operators.
• Ensure the maintenance of equipment
• o Intervene in case of failure

Promote our range of mainstream technical solutions internally and to clients in order to strengthen our differentiation.

Identify opportunities at customer sites for deploying innovative solutions such as: Spark

DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• To conduct a skills assessment of one's team,
• Create a skills assessment and monitoring grid,
• Identify training needs, in conjunction with human resources.
